Commercial Tile and Grout Cleaning

Busy week this week , Alot Commercial Carpet Cleaning Calls And a 3 story bathroom that we did the works on. We cleaned all walls “verticle”, removed wax from tile. Your are not supose to wax tile and grout, We were contracted to remove wax, like 20 coats of wax. let me tell you this was hard job. We had 10 hrs into removal vct wax from floor. I also cleaned carpets in the building this was near Tampa Road in Palm HArbor.

I had a early AM Water Extraction where I went to the residence 2x today to put a sanitiser , Move air movers around, check on dehumidifiers, and deodorise the tamp home. Our next call we had to remove red wine.We saved the day with the college girls who partied to hard with Florida winning over the weekend.We also did a boned insert . This is wear a dog chewed threw the carpet. I brought extra carpet wear we replaced a piece in the closet and used matching carpet for the repair. Urine Job “Stinky”

I had a urine job I went to Saturday. I went in to see how this rental home was this morning. The homes power was shut off during this past weekend. That is a not good when there is no moving air. I pulled the carpet up to see how bad the urine was. The results were bad, I am awaiting for the client to call back. Once he see the pics of the floor that I took he will under stand that the back of the carpet should not be brown. If We cant the carpet re stored I sell Carpet $12-13 a yard with us doing the tradh out of old pad and carpet. This job is Spring hill Florida,

9/27/10 Area Rugs Delivery In Trinity Florida

Our Mondays are usually slow. Today we had 6 area rugs to drop off. These were expensive rugs that were picked up a week ago. We bring wool rugs back to our office wear in most cases the rug is saturated in like a pool . then clean the rug several times. We were removing odor from these rugs, The end result was great and my customer is going to refer to me to her friends. We then to Tampa to re stock for this weeks busy carpet cleaning jobs.
